In England we are no longer required by law to ask for details from every customer who visits us. In some cases though, particularly if we’re busy, we’ll be using a virtual queuing system which you can join by scanning our QR code when you arrive. In the rest of the U.K, we are still required by law to ask for details from every customer who visits. We're doing this both with our virtual queuing app, and also the NHS Track & Trace QR code.
