Alternatively, if you have the app, just show the cashier your card number when you order and they can add your Chilli to your account.
If you have neither, fear not! Just ask for a receipt when you order at the till and contact our Customer Support team here to add your chilli by providing a picture of the receipt.
Got a receipt with a Forgotten Card Code? We are no longer issuing these codes, but if you have one that was issued in the last 180 days it will still be valid. To add your chilli contact our Customer Support team here making sure the Forgotten Card Code is clearly visible when you provide the picture of the receipt.
