We declare allergens that are intentionally added to the product and, where our
Suppliers have indicated possible cross-contamination risks, we declare these
too.
Our food and drink are however, prepared to order in a busy kitchen where
allergens are also present, and equipment is shared.
The following allergens are handled in our kitchens – celery, Cereals Containing
Gluten, Gluten, eggs, fish, milk, mustard, nuts, sesame, soya and sulphites and
we cannot guarantee the product is free from these additional allergens due to
possible cross-contamination.
Although our restaurants aren’t vegetarian, our kitchens aim to keep
non-meat products separate from meat products - but we can’t guarantee it.
Please speak to the manager for more information on how your meal will be
prepared.
If you have an allergy, head to the till to order and please speak to the
manager on duty, so that extra precautions can be taken during preparation.
